Hi! I’m Monika, a certified Pain Reprocessing Coach, Mind-body Practitioner and a Holistic Life Coach specialising in supporting people on their journey to free themselves from neuroplastic pain (The Mind-Body Syndrome).
I will educate you about neuroplasticity and support and guide you through the tools necessary to overcome neuroplastic pain.
My goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where you will have the opportunity to identify your triggers to chronic symptoms. In my approach, I use practical neuroscience, positive psychology, and mind-body practices to ensure the best results for you.

Why am I so passionate about TMS work? Because I know the pain too. I lived with chronic pain for many years.
After a car accident, I was diagnosed with a whiplash injury that caused neck pain and migraines. I had countless physiotherapy sessions, I’ve seen different doctors, and they all told me the same story, your symptoms are caused by the structural issues caused by the accident, and you can recover if you follow physiotherapy exercises. But no matter how diligently I followed their advice, the pain persisted. I readjusted my life just to ensure I don’t trigger the pain. Every time it was triggered, it took weeks of physiotherapy to reduce the pain. I was scared to move, to exercise, to clean, to travel and everyday tasks were a challenge for me.
After years of exhausting fight to get better, and a growing fear of pain and hopelessness, I hit a breaking point. I decided that I needed to take control and understand my injury fully. I stumbled upon information about The Mind Body Syndrome/neuroplastic pain. I purchased a book by Dr Howard Schubiner “Unlearn Your Pain” and reading it was a real eye-opening moment for me. I understood that this was the key to freeing myself from pain. I decided to reach out for help and started mind-body therapy. At the beginning, I made a list of goals of all the things I wanted to do that I couldn’t do for over 5 years. By the end of therapy, I was able to achieve all my goals, go back to normal physical activity and finally free myself from pain.
Since then, I decided to go on and obtain a necessary training to help others with The Mind Body Syndrome. I’m now here to offer you hope and a way out of pain.
